Herbert Zake

Founder / MD

Herbert is a consultant and professional with considerable experience in Corporate Affairs / Public Relations and Human Resources with a successful career in the international financial services industry and with regional responsibilities.
Has a track record of building, managing and developing relationships and networks. Able to recruit, inspire, motivate and support teams to achieve challenging targets, to communicate effectively at all levels and working with the Heads of Department to translate the strategic vision into successful quality business initiatives. Had a career spanning over 22 years, 17 of which were as part of the senior management team at Standard Chartered Bank. He is a winner of the Standard Chartered Bank Group Chairman's Award for his philanthropic work. Under his stewardship the Bank won over 25 prestigious local and international awards. He is an excellent oral and written communicator and great at interpersonal relationship skills. Is an active member of the Public Relations Association of Uganda (PRAU), the Human Resources Managers Association of Uganda (HRMAU) and the Uganda Institute of Banking and Financial Services (UIBFS).

Christine Kyomugisha

Co - Founder

Christine, is a professional and dedicated individual with 15 + years of experience as an excellent accounting and financial manager. She has an exceptionable understanding of the latest concepts and possesses the ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business requirements.

She is highly adept at the implementation and management of accounting systems and procedures and, is a personable and an organized professional who promotes efficiency and accuracy in the reporting functions. She helps companies introduce or update their accounting systems, policies and procedures. She offers a blend of finance & accounting, business development and project planning and management.She is comfortable with working away from home on a regular basis, and is someone who will always provide the required level of leadership and guidance needed to ensure that best practice is always followed.

She also has strong diplomatic skills and a natural affinity to cultivating relationships and building consensus among diverse individuals.
